The Rise & Shine Promotions System is a proprietary structure designed specifically for the coaching program that includes a set of desired behaviors and tangible phases to guide and support participants through the process in working towards and seeking a promotion.
RISE & SHINE COACHING PROGRAM
program ESSENTIALS…
Analysis: Before we begin, we explore your thoughts about your career. Where you are, where you want to be, your pain points, why you think you have not received the promotion you want, etc. This provides a baseline of where you are and gives us a roadmap for your journey ahead.
Empower and Motivate: Before the journey, we dive inward to explore your thoughts and feelings where you are on your career journey. Here we explore any limiting beliefs with the goal to Inspire and motivate to ensure your beliefs are in line with your aspirations.
3. Train and Coach: Here we teach and train the elements and strategy of the Rise & Shine Promotions System strategy. We also coach you through the 7- tactical steps to increasing your work impact and influence. You will be able to immediately begin to implement the steps.
4. Ongoing Coaching: We provide group coaching sessions and give feedback to support you as you begin to implement the steps. Here we get to hold each other accountable for our goals and adjust strategies as needed for individual needs and experiences.
5. Individual Coaching (Limited):To ensure everyone’s success in the program, we have rotating spots available for those that may need one-on-one coaching when we can’t fully address your concern during a group coaching. The goal is to make sure everyone wins!
