Terry Jones is a career strategist, advisor, and executive coach based in New York City. He spent more than 20 years in corporate America, coming up through operations before moving into Learning & Development, giving him a ground-level understanding of how organizations actually work, how decisions get made, and how careers advance or stall from the inside.
He served as VP of L&D at CompassRock, Head of L&D at Fairstead, and L&D Director at Rose Associates, all in New York City. He has consulted with large, reputable organizations including Chimes International, the National Urban League, the five-star Baccarat Hotel in New York City, and other organizations across multiple industries.
